By Netflix has released the full trailer for the Jennifer Lopez-led science-fiction action thriller “Atlas” which deals with A.I. and its potential dangers.
The story follows Atlas Shepherd (Lopez), a brilliant but misanthropic data analyst with a deep distrust of artificial intelligence.
In the near future, she joins a mission to capture a renegade A.I. named Harlan nearly caused the apocalypse.
But when plans go awry, and she crash lands on a foreign planet, her only hope of saving the future of humanity from A.I. is to trust it.
Simu Liu, Sterling K. Brown, Gregory James Cohan, Abraham Popoola, Lana Parrilla, and Mark Strong co-star.
Brad Peyton (“San Andreas”) directs from a script by Leo Sardarian and Aron Eli Coleite. “Atlas” releases on the streamer on May 24th.
