A first look at Hugh Jackman in his yellow Wolverine mask has gone online via a piece of merchandise from the upcoming “Deadpool & Wolverine” film.
Attendees at CinemaCon in Las Vegas have been snapping photos and videos of tie-in products for upcoming films with The Movie Podcast managing to grab a look at a promo Slurpee cup with Jackman in mask as the artwork on the side.
Whilst plenty of photos from the set have seen Jackman in his yellow costume fighting, those have been without his mask. Filming on the project wrapped back in late January/early February.
The Time Variance Authority, the multi-verse hopping organization at the center of “Loki,” will play a key role in the film with Deadpool declaring himself Marvel’s Jesus in the teaser trailer.
Ryan Reynolds, Jennifer Garner, Emma Corrin, Matthew Macfadyen, Morena Baccarin, Brianna Hildebrand, Leslie Uggams, Rob Delaney, Stefan Kapicic, Karan Soni, and Shioli Kutsuna co-star in the film.
Rhett Reese, Paul Wernick, and Zeb Wells penned the film which will officially be Marvel Studios’ first R-rated movie. It opens in cinemas July 26th.
