Fomer “The Hunger Games” star Liam Hemsworth is showing off his physical preparation for his role in the upcoming fourth season of Netflix’s “The Witcher”.
The Aussie actor and younger sibling of “Thor” star Chris Hemsworth will take over the role of monster-hunter Geralt of Rivia after Henry Cavill exited the series at the end of the third season.
Hemsworth took a black-and-white mirror selfie on Friday during a training session, captioning it ‘#legday’ even as the photo itself was all about showing off his swollen arms and shoulders.
Hemsworth expressed gratitude for those who have supported the recent action-thriller “Land of Bad” which he starred in.
Unfortunately a lot of the responses in his Instagram have been anything but positive, mostly all wanting Cavill back in the Geralt role.
Production on the new season was originally slated for last month but was slightly delayed with one report suggesting filming begins in the UK this coming Monday – others are suggesting a more general ‘Spring’ start.
Anya Chalotra, Freya Allan, Joey Batey, Laurence Fishburne, Sharlto Copley, James Purefoy, and Danny Woodburn also star in the new season which will air in 2025.
