By A recent rumor from scooper MyTimeToShineH is spreading like wildfire on social media.
Responding to a fan question, the scooper says former “Man of Steel” star Henry Cavill is more than just up for a role with Marvel Studios. They claim he’s already accepted one.
They do not say which one, but do add that fans are going to find out sooner that you might think. It’s similar to an old report from back in mid-2022 from Beyond the Trailer host Grace Randolph who reportedly stated Cavill met with Marvel.
The rumor has become so widespread that Cavill’s name and the topic of Captain Britain, the character whom many suspect he might play, have been trending on X.
However there’s been no indication from any of the trades or other sources about the veracity of the rumor.
Cavill himself has recently been out doing press for “Argylle” which bombed badly at the box-office, and has Guy Ritchie’s “The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare ” coming up in mid-April. He’s also already filmed another Ritchie-directed action film currently in post-production.
