By One of the defining moments of “Deadpool 2” was the introduction of X-Force, only for much of said team to effectively be slaughtered horrifically in accidents just minutes into their mission.
One of the team that was slaughtered was Shatterstar, the red-haired alien played by Lewis Tan (“Mortal Kombat”) who met his maker in some helicopter blades whilst parachuting.
The recent trailer for the new “Deadpool and Wolverine” film confirmed that the swordsman is alive and celebrating Wade’s birthday.
Now Tan has taken to Instagram to share a new behind-the-scenes look at his character to celebrate the recent trailer launch becoming the most-viewed movie trailer of all time in its first 24 hours.
The photo comes at the same time as what appeared to be a Valentine’s Day-themed poster for the film was spread around online via the Marvel India X account – only for the tweet to be deleted and revealed to be a piece of fan art.
“Deadpool and Wolverine” will have its debut in cinemas on July 26th.
