Wonka
Warner Bros. Pictures’ “Wonka” opened in North American theaters on December 15th and is still playing in some markets, but now as it has slowed down the studio is looking to premium on-demand streaming for revenue.

The result is the film has been set for a PVOD release – both purchase and rental – on January 30th. A month later, the film will hit Blu-ray, DVD and regular VOD rental on February 27th. [Source: Slashfilm]

Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Complete
The extended director’s cut version of the 2005 animated feature “Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children” will be coming to cinemas for the first time with a theatrical release on February 21st-22nd via Fathom Events.

The new version added 26 additional minutes to the movie and featured upgraded visual quality and added blood and dirt. It continues the storyline of the “Final Fantasy VII” game. [Source: Fathom]

Dream Scenario
A24 has set the Blu-ray and DVD release date for the Nicolas Cage-led surrealist comedy “Dream Scenario” with the title coming to disc starting on February 27th. The release will include deleted scenes, trailers, a featurette and audio commentary from writer/director Kristoffer Borgli. [Source: A24]

Princess Peach: Showtime!
Nintendo has released a new trailer for its upcoming “Princess Peach: Showtime!” game which shows off the transformations Peach will go through in the title which releases March 22nd.

From cowgirl to swordfighter and ninja, each transformation will give Peach its own special set of abilities allowing her to progress through levels using different moves.

Persona 3 Reload
Publisher Atlus has premiered a new live-action trailer for developer P-Studio’s “Persona 3 Reload,” a full remake of the 2007 game, releasing February 2nd.

Aidan Gallagher, who plays Number Five on Netflix’s “The Umbrella Academy,” stars in the ad which also includes a montage of gameplay.
