By A new report from Daniel Richtman (via CBM) indicates that deals have been closed for the four key cast members of Marvel Studios’ upcoming “Fantastic Four” film.
The scooper adds that an official announcement is imminent in regards to who will be playing Reed Richards, Sue Storm, Ben Grimm and Johnny Storm.
To date, only one actor has been reported on by the trades as being likely signed on for a role – Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic.
That said, rumors have already indicated Vanessa Kirby will be Sue Storm/The Invisible Woman, Joseph Quinn will be Johnny Storm/Human Torch, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach will be Ben Grimm/The Thing.
Other roles rumored in recent months have included Javier Bardem as planet-devouring cosmic character Galactus, and Anya Taylor-Joy as his silver-skinned herald The Silver Surfer.
“WandaVision” and “Monarch: Legacy of Monsters” producer Matt Shakman is directing Marvel’s “Fantastic Four” reboot that aims to shoot this summer at Pinewood Studios in London ahead of a May 2025 release.
