The upcoming “Madame Web” film looks set to be the longest film to date in Sony’s Spider-Man Universe (SSU) or, as its more memorably known, Sony Pictures’ Marvel Universe of Characters (SPUMC).

A Norwegian film ticketing website FilmWeb (via The Direct) indicates the film clocks in at 116 minutes, beating the record previously held by the first “Venom” at 112 minutes.

The other two released films thus far in the SSU/SPUMC – the second “Venom” came in at just 97 minutes whilst “Morbius” ran 104 minutes. Runtimes for the other two films set in this universe releasing this year – “Kraven the Hunter” and “Venom 3” – have yet to be finalised as the former is still being finished and the latter is still filming.

The suspense-driven thriller stars Dakota Johnson as Cassandra Webb, a paramedic in Manhattan who may have clairvoyant abilities. Forced to confront revelations about her past, she forges a relationship with three young women destined for powerful futures…if they can all survive a deadly present.

Sydney Sweeney, Celeste O’Connor, Isabela Merced, Tahar Rahim, Emma Roberts, Mike Epps, Adam Scott, and Zosia Mamet also star in the S. J. Clarkson-directed feature.

Sony Pictures will open the film on February 16th.
