Following hot on the heels of the SGA and DGA nominations, the Producers Guild of America has revealed the nominees for the 35th annual PGA Awards.
Many of the usual suspects from across the awards season so far are here from “Oppenheimer,” “Barbie,” “Poor Things” and “Killers of the Flower Moon” to “The Last of Us,” “Succession,” “Beef” and “The Bear”.
For Best Film it’s down to “Anatomy of a Fall,” “American Fiction,” “Barbie,” “The Holdovers,” “Poor Things,” “Past Lives,” “Killers of the Flower Moon,” “Oppenheimer,” “Maestro,” and “The Zone of Interest.”
For Best Animated Film it’s “The Boy and the Heron,” “Elemental,” “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse,” “The Super Mario Bros. Movie,” “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem”
For Best Episodic TV – Drama it’s “The Crown,” “The Diplomat,” “The Last of Us,” “The Morning Show,” “Succession”.
For Best Episodic TV – Drama it’s “Barry,” “The Bear ,” “Jury Duty ,” “Only Murders in the Building,” “Ted Lasso”
For Best Limited or Anthology Series Television it’s “All the Light We Cannot See,” “BEEF,” “Daisy Jones and the Six,” “Fargo,” “Lessons in Chemistry”
For Best Telemovie/Direct-To-Streaming Film it’s “Black Mirror: Beyond the Sea,” “Mr. Monk’s Last Case: A Monk Movie,” “Quiz Lady,” “Reality,” “Red, White & Royal Blue”
Finally, for Best Documentary Film it’s “20 Days in Mariupol,” “American Symphony,” “Beyond Utopia,” “The Disappearance of Shere Hite,” “The Mother of All Lies,” “Smoke Sauna Sisterhood,” “Squaring the Circle (The Story of Hipgnosis)”
Additional awards are also handed out for short form content, kids and reality programming. The 35th PGA Awards will be held on Sunday, February 25th.
