Following various vague teasers, AMC has finally unveiled the full-length trailer for “The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live” with proper footage from the upcoming six-episode spin-off series.
The epic love story follows Andrew Lincoln and Danai Gurira as Rick and Michonne, a pairing changed by a changed world. Kept apart by distance. By an unstoppable power. By the ghosts of who they were.
Rick and Michonne are soon thrown into another world, built on a war against the dead…and ultimately, a war against the living. Can they find each other and who they were in a place and situation unlike any they’ve ever known before?
Are they enemies? Lovers? Victims? Victors? Without each other, are they even alive – or will they find that they, too, are the Walking Dead?
Also starring are Pollyanna McIntosh as Jadis, Terry O’Quinn as Beale, Matt Jeffries as Matt and Lesley-Ann Brandt as Pearl. Scott M. Gimple serves as showrunner and executive producer alongside Lincoln, Gurira, Denise Huth and Brian Bockrath.
“The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live” is set to premiere in February on AMC and the AMC+ service.
