Netflix has premiered a first look clip from the second season of its highly acclaimed animated series “Arcane: League of Legends” which doesn’t return until November 2024 – three years after the first season.
The character of Singed is seen in a dark and dank environment as he appears to be involved in a blood transfusion with a giant creature hung above him (likely Warwick who is transformed into a lycan via Singed’s experiments).
Set in the utopian region of Piltover and the oppressed underground of Zaun, the story follows the origins of two iconic League champions-and the power that will tear them apart.
Specific plot points of the second season are under wraps. The show’s first season won four Primetime Emmy Awards.
The series voice cast includes Hailee Steinfeld, Ella Purnell, Katie Leung, Kevin Alejandro, Jason Spisak, Toks Olagundoye, JB Blanc and Harry Lloyd.
The series is created by Christian Linke and Alex Yee. Christian Linke, Marc Merrill, Brandon Beck, Jane Chung, and Thomas Vu executive produce.
