By A24 has released the official trailer for its crime drama thriller “Love Lies Bleeding” starring Oscar nominee Kristen Stewart, Katy O’Brian (“The Mandalorian”) and Ed Harris.
The film centers around a reclusive gym manager Lou (Stewart) who falls hard for Jackie (O’Brian), an ambitious and aspiring bodybuilder headed through town to Vegas in pursuit of her dream.
But their blossoming romance ignites violence, pulling them deep into the web of Lou’s criminal family. Jena Malone, Anna Baryshnikov and Dave Franco also star.
Rose Glass (“Saint Maud”) directs from a screenplay she co-wrote with Weronika Tofilska. Daniel Battsek, David Kimbangi, Susan Kirr, and Ollie Madden executive produce.
The film is set to have its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival next month and will be followed by a theatrical release on March 8th 2024.
