Warner Bros. Discovery’s streaming service Max has released its ‘Coming in 2024’ trailer, a two-minute piece teasing the network’s line-up for next year.
The big talking points however are two bits of first-look footage. The first showcases scenes of Colin Farrell in full make-up as The Penguin in “The Batman” spin-off series.
The clip comes after the trailer showcases the various titles the premium cabler has for 2024 including “True Detective Night Country,” “The Regime,” “The Sympathizer,” “The Franchise,” and new seasons of “House of the Dragon,” “Tokyo Vice,” “Hacks,” “Industry,” “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” “The Jinx,” “My Brilliant Friend,” and “Pretty Little Liars: Summer School” among others.
The second sneak peek comes during a tease what’s coming in 2025 including new seasons of “The Last of Us,” “The White Lotus,” “Euphoria,” and “And Just Like That”.
Whilst all of those show only old footage from past seasons, the clip ends with the first footage from the prequel series “Welcome to Derry: From the World of IT”.
A few seconds of footage shows off several scenes from the show which unfolds in the 1960s and offers an origin story of Pennywise the Clown.
