Action icon Chuck Norris and sci-fi star Marc Singer are returning to screens with “Agent Recon,” a military action/sci-fi film from Quiver Distribution that recently finished production.
Norris plays Alastair, the commander of a covert Earth security task force. He calls upon super-powered rookie Jim (Derek Ting) to go on a mission led by battle-hardened Colonel Green (Singer) and his seasoned marines.
The goal is to track a mysterious energy disturbance on a New Mexico base that suggests alien technology is being experimented on.
The team encounters an unknown being of not only extraordinary strength and speed, and the ability to control mindless warriors. They must fight through unstoppable hordes to uncover the truth behind the hostile alien fortress and prevent humanity’s demise.
Ting writes and directs the film which sees Chuck Norris’ son Dakota choreographing all of his father’s fight sequences. The film will mark Norris’ first time back on the big screen since “Expendables 2” back in 2012.
Ting and Joyce Yung produce the project which will launch sales at the American Film Market. Quiver plans to release the film in North America in 2024.
