By Paramount Animation has released the trailer for the CG animated musical adventure comedy “Under the Boardwalk” starring the voices of Michael Cera and Keke Palmer.
When timid land crab townie Armen meets bold tourist sea crab Ramona, it causes shell-shocking tension in the community under the boardwalk at the Jersey Shore.
But when the duo are swept away by a storm, their love will lead them on an epic journey to find home. Their courage unites their families paving the way for great summers to come.
Voice cast includes Bobby Cannavale, John Magaro, Gideon Adlon, Steve Schirripa, Cassandra Scerbo, Vanessa Bell Calloway, Shoshannah Stern, Ron Funches and Mario Cantone.
David Soren directs the film and co-wrote the screenplay with Lorene Scafaria based on a story by Scafaria and David Dobkin. Dobkin, Alison Gardner, and Dagan Potter produce.
DNEG Animation handles the animation for “Under the Boardwalk” which opens in cinemas on October 27th and will be followed by a digital release on November 7th.
